But it is also more precise, faster and especially more reliable.<\/p>\n<h4>Reduction of maintenance costs:<\/h4>\n<p>Unlike hydraulic presses, electric injection molding machines eliminate the need to use hydraulic oil. This significantly reduces operating costs and associated maintenance issues. In addition, electric presses are equipped with advanced monitoring and diagnostic systems. This facilitates early detection of problems and allows for quick interventions, thus limiting downtime and repair costs. In fact, it is estimated that the maintenance cost of an electric press is approximately <strong>70%<\/strong> less than a hydraulic press.<\/p>\n<h4>Reduced energy consumption:<\/h4>\n<p>Thanks to their advanced technology and sophisticated control systems, electric presses also have better energy management, leading to significant savings. In addition, electric presses are often equipped with speed and pressure control systems. This makes it possible to optimize energy consumption by adjusting these parameters, depending on the specific needs of each injection. As a result, it is estimated that electric presses can generally offer energy savings of up to <strong>50%<\/strong> compared to traditional hydraulic presses.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, electric injection molding machines offer higher motion and cycle control accuracy.
